We use a sophisticated customer tracking system which records every last detail of your move, including a record of each discussion that has taken place so nothing is left to chance. This information is accessible by the dedicated team allotted to your move. So even if your Move Manager is not available for any reason, we can easily track the progress of your move and there will always be an expert on hand who can answer your questions.
