Home Removals Set To Grow As More People Looking To Move In 2011
The number of families hiring and needing a Removals firm is set to increase, according to a recent study.
Research by Clydesdale and Yorkshire banks suggest that the number of people moving house this year will grow.
Although the housing market has slumped over the past couple of years, the New Year is hoped to bring changes and act as a turning point.
The findings reveal that 30 per cent of those surveyed plan to move during the next 12 months; a figure three times more than the level at the height of the economic downturn.
It shows a degree of encouraging optimism for the property market and even more so for removals firms; who rely heavily on the fact of people moving houses.
The biggest driver for people moving is a change in circumstances and others polled that it was to find their dream home.
Many who took part in the survey said it was to look or relocate or move because they were expanding their family.
Further reasons could boil down to that people just want to get out now before they lose any more value on their homes.
So perhaps we have all turned a corner and there is luck on the horizon for the house-buying sector.
Whatever happens make sure you use a reliable, reputable and quality moving company to look after your prized possessions.
