The high-speed rail terminus station will connect Hong Kong to Beijing with the largest rail network in Chinese history. Located within the centre of Hong Kong, the 430,000 sq metres facility, with 15 tracks, will be the largest below-ground terminus station in the world.

A triangular-shaped house where the roof is made up of a series of triangles akin to a pitched roof. The garage is located under the building to maximise landscaping.
Sabiha Gokcen airport new terminal building
Where: Istanbul, Turkey
Architects: Tekeli-Sisa Architectural Partnership, Turkey
The new terminal at Sabiha Gokcen airport can accommodate up to 25 million passengers a year. A feeling of locality and belonging to Istanbul was incorporated into the design. Contemporary Turkish art was used as decoration, and the interior gardens include local flora. Seven arched bays create a wavy, vaulted form to the building, resulting in a distinctive, landmark roofline.
