Your move will be co-ordinated and managed by a dedicated Move Manager, someone who fully understands the roller coaster of emotions you are going through and knows exactly what stage your move is at, at any given moment. As your single point of contact, your Move Manager will be in touch regularly prior to your move date, so that any problems or concerns are picked up early and resolved quickly, so you don’t have to worry about trying to think of everything.
During the move process your Move Manager will co-ordinate and manage a lot of information which is individual to you. We use a sophisticated customer tracking system which records every last detail of your move, including a record of each discussion that has taken place so nothing is left to chance. This information is accessible by the dedicated team allotted to your move. So even if your Move Manager is not available for any reason, we can easily track the progress of your move and there will always be an expert on hand who can answer your questions.
