At Robinsons, we are extremely passionate about the people who live on our planet. We recently talked about global LGBT Freedom, and now we want to talk about something else we care deeply about: Women’s Rights.
There have many international advancements in the rights of women during the last few decades, but things have not always been this way, and in many places around the world there are still women who face daily struggles in their campaigns for their freedom. On Saturday 8th March 2014 the world will come together to celebrate International Women’s Day, a day set aside to celebrate the achievements of women and the struggles they have faced to gain the same freedoms as their male counterparts. As experts in moving people around the world, we thought we’d do a little research and put together a timeline on how things have changed for women all over the world.
